Our Partners

Real Connections.
No Agenda.

The Eagle Business Social is a monthly gathering for business owners, nonprofits, operators, and professionals who are building something in the Treasure Valley. We highlight the businesses and organizations shaping our community — and we create the conditions for real relationships to form.

Each month features a Business Spotlight where one local owner or organization takes the mic, a conversation-starter activity that gets people actually talking to each other, and a first round on us. No pitch decks. No pressure. Just the right people in the right place.

Open Door

Business owners, nonprofits, executives, and professionals at all stages. Come as you are.

Business Spotlight

One local business or organization takes the mic each month — a 5 to 8 minute feature in front of the whole room.

Built for the Treasure Valley.
By Someone Who Lives Here.

After spending time meeting business owners all across the Treasure Valley, I kept noticing the same thing — there was no shortage of eager, driven people who wanted to connect. What was missing was the right room. The happy hour mixers felt transactional. The networking events came with nametags and pitch decks. Nobody was relaxed. Nobody was real.

So I built something different. No nametags. No PowerPoints. No pressure. Just business owners showing up, grabbing a beer, and talking like human beings.

Outside of EBS, I serve as EVP and Financial Advisor at Western Financial Corporation — a firm my family has been building since 1976. I'm a third-generation advisor carrying forward a standard my grandfather set: that business owners and families deserve a trusted partner to help them build wealth, protect what they've worked for, and leave something meaningful behind.

Beyond EBS, I help Treasure Valley business owners establish and manage retirement plans that attract and retain great talent, reduce their tax burden, and build wealth beyond their business. If that's a conversation worth having, I'd love to grab a coffee.

I'm an Eagle resident, husband, and father of two. Half Italian, dual citizen, and fluent in the language.
